Balanced Scorecard, Strategy Tree, Scorecard and Excel reports

Once you have created your Strategy Tree, you need to get your Balanced Scorecard document. If you examined some solution using Scorecard, you need to share your knowledge with others, you need to have your Balanced Scorecard document. If you need to perform a further analysis then Excel report is required. With Strategy2Act program you can easily create a Balanced Scorecard document, Scorecard report and Excel report. 

Strategy Tree and Scorecard reports 

Strategy Tree report file is a document that contains your Balanced Scorecard. Once you created Strategy Tree, you need to share it with your co-worker. Once you changed the strategic vision, you should share changes with others.

If you were evaluating some solution with Scorecard, then the result of this analysis must be a report. Strategy2Act Scorecard report contains all necessary information about examined solution, business response and scores.

Create Strategy Tree report

Use Strategy Tree report to generate a Balanced Scorecard file. You can use it to share your strategic vision with others.

1. Open Strategy Tree file;
2. Select "Strategy Tree" in File > Reports menu;
3. Click "Yes" to open generated report.
4. This is how the Strategy tree report looks like. It contains perspective and goals information. It includes description, measure and target texts. Also, you will find the Balancing index (see Score column), it is the weight of the goal or perspective in relation to other goals and perspectives.

Create Scorecard report

Use Scorecard report to have a solution-report. It's a file that explains why you do or do not recommend this solution. In this report you'll find solution description, business response text, scores and comments information.

1. Open Scorecard file;
2. Select "Scorecard Report" in File > Reports menu;
3. Click "Yes" to open generated report.
4. This is how the Scorecard report looks like. You will find all information about solution, including solution name and description. The "score" is the total score of evaluated solution. In Scorecard section you will find the experts' opinion about how does this solution helps achieving strategic goals.

Excel report

We created an Excel report feature in Strategy2Act program to support a further data analysis in MS Excel or other programs. The MS Excel report is generated as a .csv Comma Delimited File, so you can open it in any program supporting csv.

1. Select Excel Export in File > Reports menu
2. The .csv file was created. Open MS Excel program, then open generated .csv file in it
3. The Excel report contains the information about Scorecard and Strategy Tree
